Order Policies

For orders from the SAM   the following protocols are taken to ensure completion of an order. If for any reason you do not agree with these protocols please Contact Us, otherwise, do not purchase from the SAM  Web site. The following protocols apply to any purchase or order from SAM  Web Sites:

1. All orders are only processed after the receipt of full payment of goods and services (including postage).

2. For all orders completed through the "Online Shop" (PayPal) a confirmation email will be sent via PayPal to signify full payment. For orders via telephone confirmation will be given over the phone.

3. All orders placed before 2pm GMT are processed the same day (monday to friday). All orders placed after 2pm GMT are processed the following day.

4. All orders once processed are delivered only to the address provided and purchaser of the goods.

5. Orders are subject to change according to the following additional delivery rates and charges (see "Delivery Policies"):

1. Orders outside Mainland UK
2. Orders weighing greater than 40Kg

6. For all orders subject to change you will be contacted personally by a sales director to resolve the issue and arrange the best possible solution.

Delivery Policies

For all orders ' "Online Shop" (PayPal) delivery is charged to Mainland UK as standard. For delivery outside of  Mainland UK or for orders greater than 40Kg please refer to the following rates and additional charges.
